ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed within two full business days of the order being placed. Please keep in mind a day for packaging as well. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. While we cannot guarantee an order modification, please give our team a call at (210) 867-7292 to request changes.

Collegiate & Embroidery Orders

Orders containing Collegiate and/or Embroidery Items will take 3-5 additional business days to allow for the logo embroidery process. Thus, if you select standard shipping, your order will arrive in 5-10 business days.

Final Sale

Because embroidery items require a custom process, they are considered Final Sale making them ineligible for returns or exchanges.

Standard Shipping

• Complimentary shipping on orders of $70 or more

• $Standard USPS rate for orders below $70

Standard Shipping orders will typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). Standard shipping is available for orders to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii), Rural Routes, and P.O. Boxes. Shipping to APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories is NOT currently available.
